Overview
The Self-Service Information Kiosk runs a Win10 system on a capacitive touchscreen with 10-point touch. The FHD display gives 2K resolution and a 178 degree viewing angle, so the screen stays readable from the side of a lobby or corridor. Connectivity is WiFi, with WiFi/Ethernet on configurations that need a wired link.
Interactive query is the core function: visitors look up a name, department or floor and get a route on screen. The chassis uses a bevel design. Hardware options include a printer, camera, POS card and QR code scanning, thermal printing, passport identification, and POS/NFC swipe. Sizes cover 21.5, 23.8, 27 and 32 inch.
