This page documents the production steps for SLINVUE interactive displays. It covers the sequence from panel cleaning through final testing at our assembly base in Shenzhen.
The process applies to interactive flat panels, digital signage and kiosk builds. Each stage is set up for OEM and ODM orders, with bulk lead times from about 15 days.
Dust-free cleaning workshop
Panels and components enter a controlled cleaning area. Dust and particles are removed before any assembly begins, protecting the display surface and internal layers.
Backlight assembly
The backlight unit is built and positioned behind the panel. This layer provides the light source for the LCD, and alignment is checked before it moves on.
Backlight cleaning
Assembled backlight modules get a second cleaning pass. Any remaining dust or debris is cleared so it cannot show through the screen later.
OC assembly
Optical bonding, or OC assembly, joins the panel and other layers. This step reduces internal reflections and helps maintain image clarity across the display.
Back plate and profile processing
The back plate and frame profiles are prepared and fitted. These structural parts hold the panel stack and give the finished unit its mounting points and edge finish.
Machine assembly and QC testing
Final machine assembly brings the unit together. Each display then goes through QC machine testing to check function and screen performance before packing.
